Data-processing agreement, mutual NDA, and written verification protocol executed before a single page is transmitted. Firms know the rules of the engagement in writing.

Hardware-Gated Access

Portal sessions require phishing-resistant FIDO2 hardware security keys. No passwords to phish, no sessions to hijack — physical possession is the credential.

Cleared firms bring live Ontario claim records and a licensed lawyer at the review gate. The engine does the archaeology; the firm makes the calls.
